Joe's place is in a great location for visiting Zion. It's very close to the shuttle stop to get to Zion and is near multiple eating establishments. Joe has some beautiful gardens surrounding the Airbnb with lounge chairs and a fountain. We stayed in room 6, a small basement room with two twin beds. The room had the amenities as described. I understand from other guests that one could pay for a breakfast voucher at a nearby restaurant. We, however, chose to go to a coffee shop nearby for breakfast. To enter the room, one had to go down some stairs, through a small, shared food area with a common refrigerator, Keurig machine, etc. onto which our door opened. I was fine with the room, but my travelling companion felt a bit claustrophobic, so we only stayed the one night instead of two.

Convenient location to restaurants in town and the park entrance. Hosts are very easy to work with and communicative. I’ll gladly return!

What an adorable house. The location was fantastic, near the entrance for Zion, across the street from a grocery store and a few short steps to Oscar's, which lived up to the recommendations. Loved the access to the microwave and refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Parking was great and never an issue. We enjoyed the backyard seating for a short period one afternoon and it was nice and relaxing. We could hear movement in the room above us once they returned, but we were so tired we slept right through it. If we ever return to the area we'd probably book here again but maybe opt for a bit bigger room. :)
