I would recommend the Chauffeurs Quarters as a beautiful place to stay, on the edge of the Quantock hills, with lots of walks direct from the apartment. It is an interesting and quirky place to stay, with a lovely outdoor seating area beneath the Scotts pines. The kitchen is amazing, and the upstairs lounge very comfortable. The place is much bigger than we expected. As a host Serena was extremely accommodating and helpful.

We had a lovely 4 days at the chauffeurs quarters whilst house hunting in the area. Serena was a friendly and helpful host and the property has been finished to an excellent quality providing a clean and comfortable get-away location. It has everything you could need for a lovely stay. The personal touches of scones cream and jam and a bottle of wine were a welcome addition. We would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you Serena for your hospitality.

Serena had thought of everything someone might need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and kitchen utensil you could possibly require. The rooms were decorated so tastefully and it was clearly loved. The art work was beautiful and the decorative touches like the matching quilt and cushions and ornaments made it feel like home. Our dog was welcomed too which helped enormously. There were copious places to hide away our stuff once we’d unpacked. It really was a home from home and we’d definitely go back again!

Serena was a great host! Greeted me when I arrived and was very friendly. There were fresh scones on the table with cream and jam which were lovely! There was everything I needed there and very spacious. It had a homely feel and the bed was very comfortable! I left a necklace after check out and I messaged Serena asking if I could come pick it up later on in the day and she responded very quickly and held on to it. Overall great stay and great host!

What a great place to stay. A lovely peaceful, homely accommodation which was very well equipped, very well presented and spotlessly clean The thoughtful extras were also most welcome. Serena was a very helpful and communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it.
