Nat was a great and friendly host. Place was clean and comfortable. It has everything that’s sufficient for short and long term stays, including good internet speed. Great value for money and would definitely recommend. Thanks for being such a lovely host Nat! We enjoyed our stay x

The studio was amazing and it had everything we wanted. The location was in a prime location. We could take a tram directly to the city and back. We could also walk to Burwood Brickworks which has a cinema, restaurants, Asian grocer and Woolworth. The studio was really cozy and clean. It even has a big sized tv and a comfortable couch to unwind after a day out and about in the city. Internet was fast and we could watch Netflix and tv without any issue. Nat was responsive, friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again to stay! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place to stay whether it’s for a short or long period. It has everything you need, the amenities and description of the place matched the listing very well. Walkable distance from the tram and many food options nearby as well as the grocery store, if you need. Nat was very welcoming and accommodating and is always willing to help out, she is very quick to respond. Overall a very good place to stay at :)

Appreciated the flexibility to check in earlier and communication is easy. Check in is smooth and instructions are clear. There are some surprises though. Hope the following information will be helpful for future guests to make informed decisions: - The studio is next to the garage / carport and is separated by a metallic fence or gate. This is what is covered by the curtain next to the bed in one of the pictures. It is not a structural wall and there is no insulation at all. - The washer and dryer are not in the unit. It is in the garage and probably shared. - The only window in the studio is in the kitchen and there are no window blinds or curtain. Outside is the deck area of the main residence. It feels like living in the garage. The activities in the garage area are very audible like kids screaming, car engine start/stop etc. Have to be very cautious about privacy and keep the curtains (between the kitchen and the sleeping area) properly closed. Slow wifi. Not ideal for long stay.

住宿附近環境優美！ 步行十分鐘內可抵達巴士及電車站。 附近有一所商場Burwood One，購物方便，還有不少餐廳用膳。 居於民宿感覺舒適平和。 沒有電視設置，若然加添，更有家的感覺！ 煮食餐具清潔未如理想；尤其是焗爐烤盤，深厚油漬，有點嚇人！ 廁所洗手盤有陳舊污漬。 希望屋主加以改善，更臻完善！
