There were no negatives at all with our experience at John’s house - it is going to be something we will be talking about for many years to come. John and Janelle were great to communicate with - they were prompt to answer my queries and offer suggestions before our stay. They decorated the house and outdoor area for Christmas, which we really appreciated and left some treats for us too. It’s a home that you don’t actually want to leave, it has everything you would want in abundance and we would be happy to return at some stage. Thank you John and Janelle!

This very spacious, well organised family home is even better than the photos, and was the perfect place for our 2 week trip to Perth to visit family and friends. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 living areas, one with a pool table. The swimming pool is great, large and nicely sunny so it's always a lovely temperature (not heated, but you don't want that in Perth summers!). Very inviting loungers by the pool which are nicely shaded in the late afternoon. Great air-conditioning throughout the house. It's a 6 minute drive to the ocean at City Beach, and a 4 minute walk to a good cafe, good restaurant, plus a post office and pharmacy/chemist (also a bakery? - it wasn't open during our 2 week stay). House was very clean, and owners helped me organise their cleaners to come mid-stay. John is very helpful and accommodating. It's expensive, but if you want to host small dinners or friends for a swim - it's worth it. Highly recommend!

John is a great host and we appreciate the support given which made our stay very enjoyable. The house is spacious, well maintained and comfortable. We stayed for 17days and it was the perfect stay. Local enough for beaches and restaurants and a short drive to Perth. Highly recommend.

Enjoy the fabulous outdoor sitting and relaxing. The lovely bird song and quiet garden. House is exactly as pictured. Comfortable and well set out with great bedding and we all had a great nights sleep. Kitchen easy to use and comfortable sofa. Great open plan area.
