Gorgeous apartment in a prime location overseeing Maccabi Haifa’s home stadium. Gorgeous skies in the background and the horizon not too far away. The place has all necessary amenities and more and Shay is a very warm and great host.

Best place to stay in Haifa! This is not the cheapest place on Airbnb, but it is absolutely worth it. It’s in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city with an incredible view. It’s close to the highway for easy traveling. Also close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The place has all the amenities/appliances you would expect AND more! Shay is also a great guy that will help you with anything you might need! He’s easy to reach and responds very quickly! -Raul

This is a great & spacious apartment. The host , Shay, is super attentive, replies to messages very fast & tries to help with everything you need. Pros: - Spacious apartment - 4 good size bedrooms (w/ a bed in each). Master bedroom has en-suite full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) + 1 additional full bathroom (bath, sink, toilet), a laundry room and a spacious porch with ample seating & a swing. - Great amenities - Large fridge, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, utensils, etc), washer, dryer, balcony furniture, upscale coffee machine, spring water dispenser, underground parking w/ gated access (2 car) - Good technology - Large tv in living room, extra TV in master bedroom, Cable TV service w/ lots of channels + Netflix account, free WIFI with high speed, office computer w/ printer - Good location - nice neighborhood, less than 5 min drive to the nearby mall + supermarket, Mediterranean Sea view from the balcony - Great service - The host (Shai) is super friendly and attentive to all the needs. We had a water heater issue (some mechanical failure) and he got it fixed immediately Cons: - Lack of furniture - no table in the dining room (there is one on the balcony) - upon request, the host provided us with a temp dining table (like a Costco plastic folding table) for the dining room, we managed to get some chairs from friends. One wardrobe for the entire apartment - perhaps enough for a couple of people but not a family, one picture in the entire apartment - the walls are completely bare everywhere else - just feels empty Lack of towel hangers (in the shower, in the kitchen, etc), no light fixtures only hanging light bulbs. - Cleanliness - apartment was only broom swept when we arrived. Had to clean the fridge, the toilets, the closet, the kitchen cabinets - everything was seriously dirty with food leftovers + knick-knacks, crumbs & dirt in the drawers. There were a lot of personal items left everywhere. - bedrooms – have only a bed in them. If you need workspaces, you will have to purchase/rent desks & chairs - Wifi reception is poor - It is great in the living room, but you barely get reception in the other rooms. Ask the host to add a WIFI extender or bring your own. We gave it a 5 star rating because we enjoyed our stay, although we worked hard to clean it up & make it a home, just needs a little investment to make this a great place.
