Jessica's place is such a wonderful gem, it feels like home away from home. Beautifully decorated with lots of tiny personal touches and great coffee!

Our stay overall was good. The bed was comfortable and being able to use the kitchen was an asset. The house was lovely. A downside was that the surfaces in the bedroom were quite dusty. Also, one of the other guests parked their car in the wrong place and our host woke us up to ask if it was our car (disturbing our night’s rest); we didn’t see her before or after this.

Short, but pleasant overnight stay. Jess was very responsive, though unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to meet her. Home is very clean as well as charming. No problem’s whatsoever with sharing the 2 bathrooms. Will definitely stay again if I’m up that way.

The house was convenient to my reason for traveling to the area. As advertised, it is old. The stairs are quite steep - not an issue for me but others might struggle. There are no bedroom closets, one full bath with a door that sticks and does not lock, and street noise is easily heard. I found the mattress too firm, and if you are taller than 5' 4" your feet will hang off the end. I arrived in the dark and found it difficult to identify the extra parking area. On the plus side, it was nice to have coffee waiting in the morning, and the shower head/water pressure were great. The host was very responsive to questions and alerted us to the incoming weather situation. I appreciated that when I had a last-minute change to booking it was able to be accommodated. Suggestions: Add a hair dryer & face cloths to the bathroom; a few bottled waters and to-go coffee cups could be a nice touch; better lighting in the parking area.
