Such a wonderful, clean apartment with so much room!! All you could need to make your stay comfortable. Location is absoutely perfect - within walking distance of bars, restaurants and a really handy supermarket next door. Easy reach to the old city centre, on a bus route and so easy to navigate the city. Our host was just great - friendly, responsive and super helpful.

This is certainly an upscale apartment compared to most I have stayed in. It has very convenient short connections to the train station, airport, historic center (walking distance), and the City of Arts and Sciences (longish walk or tram), plus a direct bus to a beach. There are plenty of supermarkets both in the block and on the way from bus/metro stops. The apartment is huge (would comfortably fit 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 1 of which, however, overlooks a noisy street) and very well stocked: electric extension cords, clothespins for the clothes lines on the balcony, etc. The kitchen is similarly well stocked. As the icing on the cake, there are two bathrooms, 3 French balconies, and one sit-in balcony. Although the house may not look it, there is an elevator, and it works. Paco himself is responsive both in terms of quickness and consideration. He went out of his way to help us out with the luggage storage, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay there again!

Two of my friends, and I, stayed at Paco’s place in Rusaffa. The area is close to city centre, full of lively bars/reataurants. Always communicative, and helpful, Paco was a stand out host for us. This was probably the best place I stayed so far, and I am sure two of my friends share the same opinion. I would highly recommend, and always come back.
