We were disepointed. There were several reasons for this: 1. In one of the baths, the shower did not work, there were 9 of us and the bath was one, since the shower did not work.We asked for help as it was evening, asked to come to 10 o'clock in the morning. But we were told it was early. 2. There were 9 of us, and blankets were for 8 persones, for one persone there was only a thin cover sheet. We wrote, but no one reacted to the comment. 3. I warned several times that we had paid for a late departure of 13:00. When we returned from the walk at 12:20 the front door was blocked, it was good that our friend stayed in the apartment and did not come out with us in the morning, we called him down and open the door.

The house was quite old and not really aligned with the pictures. For that price it is possible to take a four star hotel while that house was very far from that level and a relevant maintenance is needed to become acceptable for that price. The windows were very old as well as the bathrooms and the showers. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and in my room there was a socket completely broken with the electric cable out of the box, very dangerous. What you can see from the pictures is really different from reality. Finally the check in process was uncomfortable, there was no human touch at all and the door lock was not easy to use. If you like the B&B situation, nice cosy house and human empathy you cannot find this here and it is not comfortable as a hotel as well, you cannot have any of the benefits of both worlds.

Excelente ubicación, departamento muy amplio para nuestro grupo de 10. Los administradores siempre atentos y flexibles. Lo recomiendo.
