Nice place comfortable , great central location, Couple minor things, second bedroom has no door, parking garage wont fit a truck only smalker vehicles. Property is right around the corner from a homeless kitchen so lots of homeless,

We stayed at this apartment for two months. The location is amazing, super walkable with great restaurants and bars very close by in Rino. The apartment is gorgeous once cleaned and spacious! We did really enjoy our stay here, but there were a few things that we wish were handled better. When we arrived we had to clean the whole place, there was rotten food in the fridge, the floors were covered in footprints from shoes and dirt, crusty dirty towels left out etc etc. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in between stays. They offered for the cleaning lady to come back but at that point we had started cleaning. The previous guest didn't leave the key fob that gets you from the garage to the building (and we never recieved a replacement), so we had to walk around the building each time we parked. Beware if you have a bigger car, the garage is SMALL. We also had a few packages delivered in the mailbox (which we weren't given a key for), and one of them was never retrieved for us.

I stayed here for 3 months and it was the perfect location for the summer! There was so much to do nearby and I always felt at home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with anything that came up. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Amazing unit and great location right next to Coors Field, restaurants, music venues and bars. Condo has all amenities you could need, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the location and having two external walls with big windows. Definitely a place I’d recommend.
