It’s an expansive property with a lot of green cover. Rooms are on the first floor and very neat. You will see Bhau the caretaker frequently pottering around in the garden and keeping the place clean and tidy. The owner of the property Mr Shekhar Jogalekar is an excellent host and ensures that you are comfortable and have everything you need. His recommendation of Mr Prasad Oaks restaurant for dinner was excellent, the food is satvik and delicious (ukdiche modak were sumptuous). On the property we coordinated with Yogesh and he was very helpful. We were travelling with our pet and had an excellent time at this property and will visit again.

Aai bungalow took care of us like their own, its a home away from home. The place is beautiful and serene, truly a nature's retreat. To add, there is also fully equipped play area for your kids and the kid in you to keep you engaged 😊 Would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday and will definitely visit again 😊

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many overseas AirBnBs but this AirBnB will always remain in my favorites list. It’s in the heart of konkan and surrounded by nature. Everything here is thoughtful and well designed. Perfect stay! Wish we had more time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aai Bungalow. It is as shown in the photos. It has a beautiful view and is surrounded by greenery. Everything was taken care of by the hosts who made our stay comfortable and also provided tasty home made food at a very affordable price. We were able to work remotely using their wifi without any issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend Aai Bungalow for a relaxing vacation in Konkan.
