Perfect location for our family's needs, and the house was SO quiet and peaceful. The only part that was not quiet was the VERY squeaky stairs, but that was only noticeable because we had an infant staying with us, and is understandable for an older home. Guests should be certain to confirm that a pack 'n' play is at the home before your arrival if you need one - we had to scramble to borrow one from a relative. Other than those items, everything about the house was great - the beds were extremely comfortable, the bed linens and towels were terrific, there was washing liquid for dishes and in both showers, everything was extremely clean, the temperature was easy to adjust, and the host was welcoming and responsive.

We loved our stay. Great location near everything we needed to attend. Beautiful house at the top of a large front yard. Ample and easy parking with walk up access right off the kitchen for bringing in groceries. The house was very clean which is always appreciated. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were a little tight, but manageable. The kitchen was on the upper side of adequate and stocked with enough plates, glasses and utensils along with decent enough cookware to get the job done. We were there four nights and never went out to eat. Even the basement laundry area was super clean especially for a basement. All in all- great house, great host, great stay. Thank you Dimitar.

Dimitar properties were beautiful. It's evident that he takes pride in ownership. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, our family enjoyed the home for an early Christmas. Easy to find, plenty of space and comfortable stay.
