The place is nice, but there are a few unexpected fees that come with the place. My friends & I booked this Air bnb over a month before our trip to JA. We were notified of a $200 REFUNDABLE deposit about 5 days before our stay. Which wasn’t enough time for us to cancel this Air bnb, get refunded our money, & rent another one. I spoke with the host about our arrival would be 12pm her response was arrival is usually 3pm so we didn’t plan on going until 3pm. She then proceeded to ask where we were around 1pm saying she was expecting us at 12pm. Upon initial arrival the address we were given is wrong & about 5 minutes away from the actual address. The security staff were unaware of our booking & our host was unresponsive so the check in process was very lengthy. Each time we left the Air bnb & returned the security staff were different & unaware of our booking. Lastly we were initially told to use the washer it was $12 when the housekeeper saw our clothes it went to $10 each load.

Ayo Villa looked as described in the posting and photos online. Communication with Selwyn was also great because he was prompt with his response as well as, Ms. Paula who was a great on-site host and communicator. I would stay again at the property whenever I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with, the home was very beautiful and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We are so glad we booked your home in Richmond Estates.

Fantastic stay, can’t recommend enough. Very clean, modern accommodation. Hosts were fantastic as well as Stacey-Ann who was so pleasant and did a stellar clean. Will be my go to going forwards.

Beautiful, practical, and spotlessly clean. Selwyn and his onsite team made our stay really comfortable.. Security is tight, which one should expect from a gated community location, so expect to produce ID and ensure the host had made security of aware of your stay ahead of your arrival. List any visiting guests with the host proactively. Would definitely stay again!
