This house is outdated and the sliding door didn’t lock. It had a piece of wood in the track but it still didn’t feel safe since you are quite literally in the middle of nowhere. The water is from a well and isn’t filtered and made my hair feel gross. It also smelled pretty bad. Keep in mind, there is no wifi, which would’ve been fine if the service wasn’t so terrible. I didn’t feel the safest but my dad and I had a great time in Death Valley NP.

Great place and location. be aware though you need to bring your own water for drinking as the one from the tap is not suitable for drinking (notes for the house do mention this though)

Tracy's spot was great for my trip to Death Valley! She was very nice and accommodating. A few pieces of advice I'd offer: stay away from washing white clothing (I ruined a t-shirt because of the high iron in the water) and the inn/casino that you pass on the way to the park is the last cheap gas option. Gas inside the park is outrageous, so stop there if you need it. Otherwise, very much enjoyed my stay!

Great location for our rides through Death Valley. Very private and host was very responsive! I would definitely stay there again
