I'm so glad my boyfriend insisted upon staying in a castle for my birthday, because it was absolutely amazing! We felt right at home, and even though we had the whole place to ourselves, we didn't really feel like leaving the room. Janet and Philip were great with communicating with us, and we were grateful to get a tour of the entire castle - very cool! There's a lot to do within an hour or 2 drive, though we tried to spend as much time in the castle as we could. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Janet and Philip were amazing hosts. They were here to take care of everything we could need and were so welcoming. Also, the place was as amazing as it looks on the pictures. We couldn’t recomand enough !

WOW. 1000/100% for the best Airbnb EVER! And we have stayed in many. Janet and Philip are by far the best Superhosts we have met. not only are they charming, but their hospitality, kindness and generosity are just amazing. They supplied us with so much - delightful. Now that is just the hosts. Let me know proceed to the Chateau. Words do not do it justice. Janet and Philip have taken on a mighty challenge in restoring an important building: their enthusiasm and stamina is incredible. The photos on the site do not do it justice - you actually have to experience the building and appreciate the fabulous work Philip and Janet have personally put into the restoration and furnishing. The gardens are lovely and peaceful. Everything is clean and a joy to relax in. We only had 4 nights, and were very sorry to leave. It was a joy to spend conversations with Janet and Philip, and we would love to have stayed longer. we wish them both every happiness for the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la chambre du chevalier chez Janet et Philip. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants et attentif au bien être de leurs invités. Chaque détails a été pensé pour notre confort. Le château est un lieu d’exception très apaisant !

One of the best airbnb experiences! Everything was super clean, tidy and quiet. I refilled my batteries. The place is a gem and Janet and Philip are great persons, I really enjoyed talking with them. Don't miss out the opportunity and stay at their place, you won't regret it!
