A very energetic little kid lives here with the host. They are both very nice but the description of this Airbnb should be updated with bios of the new host and kid so it’s more transparent. Some improvements I would suggest would be for the host to remove the partition from the living room whenever possible because it creates the feeling that the living room is only for them and not for guests, to put toys away after use so that the living room is more available for guests, to keep the dining room table clear so that guests feel welcome to use it, and for the host to follow the house rules and communicate with guests before friends coming to hang out or sleep over on the sofa since we’re still in this strange COVID period. They were very nice people, they shared, made conversation, gave me my privacy and as I got to know them better I felt more and more comfortable and welcome in the apartment despite that it wasn’t quite what I was expecting.
