I've stayed at Sir Ramy’s place for almost 1 year during my postgraduate internship. I can say it's good for both long-term and short term stay; however, during my stay, the condo's management only allowed rental for a minimum of 6 months due to COVID-19-related restrictions. Fortunately, things are slowly transitioning back to normal. The unit was definitely spacious, has a homey ambiance yet complete with basic amenities one would expect in an Airbnb property (i.e., provided with kitchenware, towels, hair dryer, etc. — even has a bonus bath tub). From the unit’s windows or small balcony, you can have a relaxing view of the golf course balanced with a backdrop of high-rise buildings. Location-wise, accessible to major shopping centers, just ~5-10 minute-car ride to SM Megamall, ~10-15 min to Rockwell Center, Makati or BGC, Taguig. There are convenience stores, laundry shop and water refilling station conveniently located in the ground floor. The condo is within walking distance to SM Cherry Shaw (among others, has grocery and hardware for basic needs), fast food chains like Mcdo and Jollibee, and coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Project. If you have an active lifestyle, registered occupants are allowed to use the rooftop pool for 1 hour within the specified operating hours. You just have to reserve a slot since the admin would allow only one unit at a time to use the facility. (Yes, you can have the pool all to yourself). The vicinity has a friendly atmosphere, good for recreational/fitness walking. There is also a fitness gym offering membership plans (also located in SM Cherry). Last but not the least, the security guards are very friendly and helpful, albeit strict at times (although reasonable enough since it's also for everyone’s safety). Tip before moving out: if you'll be bringing a number of personal belongings esp. bulky items like travel bags, furnitures, appliances, etc. secure a few copies of the gate pass from the lobby guards, take photos of the packed items (to be sent to sir Ramy), then proceed to the admin office for approval. Overall, I had a nice stay at Sir Ramy's place, it really felt like a real home away from home.

Good thing we got stuck during ECQ in an airbnb that is very homey. Ramy is very responsive whenever we have concerns. He never abandoned us. Hehehe. Thank you Mr. Ramy!

Ramy is a great host - he is very responsive and polite. He is always willing to help. We are still here since Feb 26. Supposedly until Mar 30 only but got extended due to Enhanced Community Quarantine, and Ramy has been very helpful all throughout our stay. This place is nice and homey. The unit is big enough for 2 people. Exactly the same as the pictures posted in the listing. We love the couch and Smart TV in the living room. It has prepaid wifi too - we usually load it with HomeSurf199 good for 7 days. Airconditioners working good. Kitchen has a lot of utensils you can use. It has a small balcony - the view outside is beautiful especially when it is sunset. Perfect for long term rentals for OFWs like me. Security guards are nice and friendly too. They are all stay ins at the moment due to ECQ. They are doing a great job - I know it's hard to work away from family, but they are here doing their best. Thank you Ramy.
