This is a beautiful flat in a great location. Kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was great! Twin beds worked for us as I was traveling with my daughter but perhaps not suitable for everyone. Parsons Green tube a quick 10 minute walk and a great Waitrose a few minutes from the flat. As others have mentioned, the lockbox for keys is a few minutes away but not a big deal. Very clear check in instructions were sent prior to check in so we had no problem finding it. Unfortunately as others mentioned, the flat was not very clean when we arrived. Dirty counters and taps, microwave had dried food inside and out and carpet was not vacuumed. We found feathers in the corner and random jelly beans under the bed! I contacted Max and he responded quickly offering a “ refresh” clean. I declined as I had already cleaned the flat to make it comfortable. We were out for the day and it simply didn’t make sense to return to Fulham and put the keys in the lockbox so the cleaner could clean what I had already cleaned. This certainly put a damper on our stay, I actually have never had this issue before. Max has responded to my request for compensation by letting me know that his “ team” is working on it. I’m still waiting.

Very satisfied. Beautiful apartment, excellent locaton. Kitchen is very well stocked, airconditioning was remarkebly good. Retriving the keys was simple and easy and a very short distance away. Comunication was clear and precise. Street noise was not an issue. Very good value for the money. I’m a very expierenced traveller, this is one of the best places l’ve stayed in.

We had a great stay and the apartment was superb. Max and their team communicated well. The only issue we had was that due to all fire safety steps implemented in the flat, we struggled to get a wind draft going. The windows only open slightly and having plenty of glass, the flat was rather hot and humid over the warm summer days. Other than that, the stay was great.

Nice flat in a great location. IMPORTANT: Max (the host) is not a person. As a consequence, there is a very impersonal touch to your stay here. They claim to use a check in service to prepare the flat ahead of your stay, yet when I showed up there were bits of food under the beds/sofas, a few stains on the walls and the hot water was not working. I'm not sure what they prepared for me but I was without hot water for almost a week. I contacted the host to try and rectify the solution but as I said, Max is not an actual person, so you get routed to a call center in India. This is particularly frustrating for troubleshooting issues when the people you contact have never been inside the flat. They are forced to rely on outdated photos the host uploaded what must have been years ago. This was a massive detractor during my stay here. Further, the actual check in process requires you to walk a good distance lugging your suitcase to get to a hard to find bike lock in the middle of the street. Surely there must be somewhere closer that the key can be left? Either way, the flat itself is in a great location and the outside area, although a bit gross as it is old, dirty astroturf that gets flooded anytime you use the AC, is still decent as it gets direct sunlight. The natural lighting in the flat is definitely a major draw but for me personally, does not outweigh the uncomfortable 2 twin beds in the bedroom. All in all, the experience in the flat would be much improved if it had a reliable cleaning and host system (had to appeal through AirBnB support to get a refund for the days without hot water as the host was not willing to offer compensation).
