This place is far away from the city. So if you wanna save money, this house is good for you. 20 mins to Coles. I didn’t see Emma in person but she replied my question quickly.

A no-frills accommodation. Decor tired and dated, furnishings sparse. No TV. Relatively quiet residential neighbourhood. Free street parking, no parking on the driveway. The host does not live at the property. The main ensuite is occupied by a relative (who tends to have loud phone conversations) & the other 2 bedrooms are rented out. Self check-in was a disaster. The front door key was not in the specified location. After calling the host, I waited 40 minutes for someone to turn up with a key. This person did not speak English well, knew nothing of the accommodation and was not even sure which room I was supposed to stay in. No instructions/introduction on how the house works. On request, I was provided a towel & a bar of soap. Kitchen adequate and generally tidy, microwave needed a good clean. Wifi worked well. Bedroom OK (sheets had old marks on them). Shared shower and toilet facilities were fine. Cleanliness depends on whoever else is staying. It doesn't get cleaned daily.

Awful. How do I even start... by saying thank you airbnb for the refund of my 6 other nights, I left after the first one. I felt disrespected by the dirtiness of my bedroom and the shared bathroom full of hairs and hair. My room wasn't clean, too much dirt on the floor, not enough sheets on the bed half naked. A lot of damages and stains on the walls, on the floor. They give you some toilet paper, one is new, one is almost done, just beside your bed, nasty... Do these people even think of greeting someone correctly, I don't know. A huge spider net by the bathroom window, a bathroom full of stuff all over the place. They don't hesitate to yell very loud during the day, night, morning, they don't give a damn that someone is in their house. All of the doors are closed very loud. Enough. Being an host for airbnb is not for everyone, you can't just do it for the money, you actually have to clean the room for your guest, greet him correctly, be kind so he doesn't have to ask for everything.

The owner doesn't live at the property. The room is generally cleaned and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped.
