This was a seamless and wonderful experience. Natchez is a small town, and we had the opportunity to meet with Jennifer personally. She was very courteous and very friendly and we loved all of her suggestions of what to do while we were staying there. I felt very welcomed and in my own space. Highly recommended!

The owner asked for additional fees after we checked in, fee’s that were not listed on AirBnB. Owner failed to mentioned there’s no parking for the house. The bar patrons take up the only parking spaces on the street. The house was filthy. Had to buy our own toilet paper. Most of the Power outlets don’t work. Yard maintenance was scheduled during our stay. Something in the house made my dog violently sick. He would not eat his food or sleep in the middle bedroom. We left this house as soon as we possibly could.

Perfect location, easy walk to many nice restaurants and shops which Jennifer recommended. Our visit just happen to coincide with a Mardi Gras parade, which we watched from Fat Momma’s patio which was perfect. You will be on a busy noisy street if that bothers you. We like to people watch so we enjoyed. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive. House is cute, but old so floors and doors do squeak a bit. Didn’t bother us. We hope to visit again and appreciate our host!

We had a great stay at the cottage. Wish it could have been longer! Location was easy to get to. Jennifer was fantastic communicating with. Would definitely stay here again.
