The owner was very nice and helpful. He helped us to get to the place and welcomed us with hot tea. The only drawbacks where not sufficient kitchen equipment and fresh towels. We also had a feeling that after the visit of previous gests the place wasn't cleaned. Europeans may find it difficult in winter because of a low temperature inside.
