Joyce is an amazing host and her airbnb's are very affordable housing alternatives to the dorms for college students.

Joyce was definitely a super host. She was very friendly an accommodating. She let us know right off if we any problems to let her know an she would take care them. After there a couple of days, the A/C went out, an when we told her, she immediately bought a new one an had it installed. Would highly recommend this place, very quiet and relaxing.

I stayed at the bunk house for a couple weeks while on vacation and working remotely. It is a cool place to relax and the wifi worked great the entire time. I enjoyed walking around the property and on the country roads. Joyce was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
