The place is located in a peaceful residential area in a walkable distance (15-20 mins.) from old town. There is a mall and a park nearby. The apartment is cozy, everything is thought out with attention to details. There is a balcony with a good view. It was perfectly clean inside. Irna was always available and helpful. If you have a car there is only paid parking near the building, but Irna can suggest free places in the vicinity. We stayed for 5 days and it was a very pleasant stay.
