Great value place! Everything is just as described on the listing: - Walking distance to Yotsugi subway station, from where it takes about half an hour to get to the city center - Easy to check in and check out, and clear instructions by the host on how to get there - Very clean furniture and the kitchen has everything you need - Very close to many convenient stores Overall, I think this is one of the few places in Tokyo that is affordable, relatively close to city center and offers so much more We had an amazing trip, special thanks to our host 鄭 :)

This is A good Airbnb and nice host. Naoko- san has a really “Omotenashi-mind” She helps her guests and is very responsible. We stayed here two whole months since July to September 2021, in the middle of COVID emergency statement, as we just flew back from Thailand, we had to make ourselves quarantine in this Airbnb. The location makes This accommodation very good. There are some cons such as Small fridge →there are lots of fresh supermarkets and convenience store in 30 seconds-3mins walk, and some of them will open 24/7, so we don’t need to keep them in the fridge. Our favorite were “Green Mart”which seems a little more expensive but Sashimi and meats are excellent. “Big A” opens 24/7 and fresh foods as well, be careful which doesn’t allow to use credit card only “PAYPAY” or cash. Papas sells alcohol,drugs and cosmetics at the same place, very convenient. No window, so we don’t have any view but only 500meters to the best view point in Tokyo, the view of The Skytree, Mt. Fuji,Tokyo-tower and sunset at the same time. If possible I recommend you to stay 3rd floor of this accommodation. Apparently have bright windows and nicer view, Though our stay was at 1st floor and we enjoyed it. Anyway I can recommend this Airbnb. Thanks Naoko-san
