Colin was very responsive and the location was good for heading to Coachella. The decorating, amenities, and access to essentials (towels, dishes etc) was sub-par. It was a good use as a launch off point. Thanks for hosting!

The home was very spacious, big enough for a family. Definitely more room than we needed. My favorite thing about the home was the backyard. While it was too cold for us to use the pool, it was still a nice place to sit outside and relax in the afternoon. Colin was also very responsive, and reached out to ensure check in had gone well and to provide us with instructions before our check out.

Great home to stay at when in town for business. Second year Colin has been our host. The house has everything you need and is very clean. The host is amazing. Will see you next Colin.

We really enjoyed staying here, our vacation was a blast!. Host was very responsive and easy communicating with. The pool was very good and clean, even we were there in beginning of January, wwe warmed up the pool for 13 hours and it was perfect. We also loved the hot tub very much. The house was clean and big. Although we had an issue with the heating in the house, it was later fixed. Next time I will need a vacation in the area I might reach out to him straight. Thank you.
