We come to Spokane often to visit family and this is our go-to place to stay. So close to the Centennial Trail for walking or biking or just looking at the Spokane River; Kendall Yards for restaurants, coffee shops and a bit of shopping; My Fresh Basket for groceries; downtown a bit farther for a walk but we like to walk and it's right there. This is our home away from home. Beds are very comfy and it's quiet, which makes for great sleep. I've stayed in the upstairs unit in this same place and like them both. We'll be back!

Elm is a gracious, personal host. Home as described, very quiet street, fantastic Spokane neighborhood. Very close to all we needed to do and freeway access. Thank you Elm.

I am tempted to write a horrible review because this is my fav airbnb (by far) and sometimes is already full when I go to book a place to stay. The space is warm and comfortable, with a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker) that is nicer than the one at home! Plenty of room for two (or even three if a couple will share a bed). The hosts are welcoming, texting me in advance. You are walking distance to some great places to eat. I have enjoyed bagels from The Hidden Bagel, coffee at the Bean & Pie, and Maryhill Winery not only has a great wine tasting opportunity, but great food and non-alcoholic beverages. Great wifi (I am usually in town for work), easy access to a lot of great places, not far from Spokane Arena. Thanks for another great stay!

We were here for state basketball. The place is really cute and larger than I thought. There are shops, coffee, restaurants jusy a few blocks away!
