Great peaceful area in the locals residential area, friendly cafes and bars in the immediate area. 1 minutes walk to the local metro, supermarkets etc. livingroom balcony ideal for watching the world and main bedroom balcony for enjoying the morning sun whilst eating fresh fruit from the local grocers and pastries from across the road. definitely recommend to to everyone. I was aware of the many steps and they easier the more you do them. a lift is currently getting installed to make it more accessible to others. only 5 minutes from a main train station making days out of Barcelona really easy too
