The only reason I gave 4 stars in 2 spots was because of the construction. We were excited to be in a peaceful, relaxing setting. On Mon the workers jack hammered from 6:00AM-4:00PM continuously. We called to complain so the rest of the week it was only from 8:00AM-4:00PM:-( If you went to the pool the noise was better but you had to go to the beach to drown it out. The owners did compensate us some but we were both super disappointed. Talked to some people by the pool and they said it was the same thing a year ago; promised them the work would be completed and it wasn't. The setting of this condo gives stunning views of the ocean and sunset. Loved having the balcony to sit. There is a bird sanctuary next door so it was fun to watch them. The only way we'd ever go back is with a 100% guarantee the construction was complete. It is a bit of an aging condo, the main sliding doors are hard to slide and don't close all the way, air gets in. Bed was comfortable, amenities ok.

The stay was amazing, exactly what was needed and the view was amazing! There unfortunately was one major issue and a few minor issues for a recently renovated location that should be addressed as soon as possible as it will cause major issues in the near future. 1. The window in the double bed room was leaking every time it rained. There was already mildew buildup, meaning it had been an issue for a while without being addressed. 2. There were way too few working outlets. A majority of them were loose when plugging things in, and either the top or bottom outlet was not working properly. (This is a personal issue I had, the location of the outlets were in poor locations and hidden behind stuff.) 3. Air circulation was not great in the bedrooms when the doors were shut. The living room was the exact temperature, but the rooms would warm up quickly once the doors were shut. I would still definitely recommend this location to friends as long as the window is fixed so no mold occurs.

We had a great stay! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. Construction was a little noisy at times, but ‘tis the season. We had asked for a pack n play before our trip and the owner had one for us. It turned out to be broken and Sandy Beach responded to the request, ordered a new one, and had it delivered to us within 2 hours! We were going to buy sand toys when we arrived, but saw the owner already had some for our use, along with beach chairs and an umbrella-all great finds. Overall pleased with the accommodations

We enjoyed the beautiful beach and our time away. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us!
