Clean, comfortable, and private studio in nice area of Medan not far from the town centre. Apartment has a small but very practical kitchenette, workspace, a nice bathroom, and a small balcony, with views of the surrounding neighborhood. The immediate area has accessible but also fashionable restaurants and coffee shops.

A nice place in Medan. Nila was very helpful and responsive to my needs, and was ready to fix anything that may have gone wrong right away. a good recommendation for a nice place to stay!

좋은 숙소에 또 다시 머무르길 원합니다. 감사합니다. 호텔보다 집같이 편안함을 느꼈어요. 주변에 도로도 정비가 잘되어있고 위치도 건물이 커서 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 다음번엔 수영장 이용을 해볼생각입니다. 감사합니다.

The environment is pleasant, with lots of trendy new cafés. The residence is very well maintained but it's a shame, I have the impression that Nila, the owner, doesn't take much care of her apartment. I came here almost 2 years ago and said the apartment could do with a little sprucing up. It would be useful to renew the cutlery, pots and pans, etc.... At present, apart from breakfast, and even then, it's hard to make yourself something to eat or even have a drink (there are 2 unfortunate glasses and mostly plastic ones). I had to negotiate to get her to pay for the water refill... She'd even forgotten I was arriving that day. Also for 29 € per night ( January 2024), one can probably find better.

It was a very pleasant to stay in Wahid Private Residence. Great location, coffee shop everywhere, not too far from mall and supermarket and easy to find delicious food around. The room itself was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We can see the city view from the balcony. We also can cook and do laundry because there's kitchen & washing machine available. It would be better if there's also iron and more kitchen utensil like smaller pan, spatula, and knife provided. But overall it's good. Would like to come back next time. Thank you Kak Nila for hosting us :)
