It has direct access, on one side, to a large open gallery equipped with a table and chairs, and on the other to a splendid sea-view terrace, equipped with sofas and armchairs A short corridor leads to the sleeping area, with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom. A third bathroom with shower is also available. External stairs lead to the lower floor of the building, which will remain closed thus allowing exclusive use of the property. A stone-staircase crosses a beautiful pine forest, leading to a cove with a small pier on the blue sea. A concrete platform allows easy access to the sea. The cove is equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrella. The sea-view swimming pool with equipped area is located on the back of the villa. The property has a shaded parking area for 2-3 cars. Facilities: washing machine in a small laudry-room. Important Information: the access to the sea, as well as part of the garden, are not of exclusive use but shared with the smaller villa Where Italy ends, within the same property, which could be occupied by the owners or by other customers. Please note that, in any case, a total and mutual independence and confidentiality is guaranteed by the position of the villas. Barbecue is not allowed, due to the vegetation surrounding the villa.
