Perched in the hills 4km from Puylaurens, En Garric is a haven of tranquility. The gite (or East Wing as we call it - 2nd photo) at En Garric is a wholly independent part of the property, and benefits from expansive 360 degree views of this beautiful part of France. The property has been fully renovated and decorated to a very high standard and is a well functioning home sleeping up to 6 individuals in 3 bedrooms with an 12 x 6M shared outdoor pool and beautiful entertainment areas. This is a very picturesque part of France, and the property is set in the middle of rolling farming fields, 4.5 kms from Puylaurens. The house has been extensively modernized and upgraded, and decorated to a high standard. The house has 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, with 2 bathroom. It therefore is designed to accommodate 6 people - please do not exceed this number with your group. Downstairs, there is an additional Toilet Downstairs is an open plan dining/kitchen/living area ( see photos ). The kitchen has a gas powered stove, 1 electric oven, microwave, large fridge, toaster, and blender. The indoor dining table has room for 8. Please note - the house does not have air conditioning. Each room however has a large fan. Although things can get warm in the summer, we have never found it to be uncomfortable, however, you do need to consider this. Outside the gite, there is a lovely patio with a large square dining table which sits 8, as well as sun loungers and a parasol. An outdoor barbecue is available, however, any bbq'ing needs to be done with exceptional care, as any embers which escape are a fire hazard in this dry climate. We recommend you keep the bbq on the gravel surfaces and have a watering can with water standing near by in case of any issue, and to water down the coals when you have finished. There is a large garden with a variety of decorative and fruit trees, and a vegetable garden which you are welcome to use. The house also has an 12x 5M pool. Please note the pool is 2.0M deep at the far end, as such, please ensure that should you bring children, you are watching them at all times. Use of the pool by children and young adults is entirely at your risk. You will have access to the entire garden and pool area. My partner and I travel extensively, however, during the summer months, we will be at the main house on occasion, and you may therefore be sharing the pool with us.
