What a fabulous place to stay! Tucked away where beautiful birds come down from the majestic trees and Sambo the Sambar comes up for a pat. The accommodation is super clean, cosy and stylish with everything you could need and more. Set in a magnificent countryside to explore, look for adventure, visit wineries or simply get to know the locals around log fires. Loved it!!

Loved staying here, was so peaceful and loved all the wildlife, and Sambo was so cute! Dean was a great host and really helpful! Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Just what I needed. Peaceful, serene, clean, private and secluded. A great quiet getaway. Dean was friendly, helpful and respectful of my privacy. I also made friends with Sambho the deer. A nice friendly animal. Overall I had a great stay and intend to return sometime soon. What you get for the price is more than reasonable. Thanks Dean.

Our stay at Dean’s was simply delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. We had the most idyllic Easter getaway at Dean’s place. It was so peaceful, tucked away in the forest and the perfect respite we needed away from the city. We loved Sambho the deer and there were so many amazing birds visiting the feeder right outside our door! Dean was so lovely and friendly as a host. We would love to visit his place again.
