Vintage Apartments The directions given to the property are not helpful. They drop you 100 meters from the entrance which has no signage. The entrance gate is shrouded by overgrowth. I don’t understand why the google map pin isn’t within the property and no mention of the steep driveway. Instructions to taxi drivers should include driving lodgers up the drive. The property is to be poorly maintained for the price. The photos are not consistent with the current condition of the units. Rather than overlooking a peaceful valley the view is of gated communities and industrial facilities. It’s directly under the landing pattern for the big airport and the drive opens up to a noisy, busy street. There’s no literature in the room on where you can get groceries or to the park. Nothing about the laundry room. No directions on the shower or TV. The apartment was clean and comfortable except for the bed falling apart the first time I sat on it. It was promptly repaired. There’s no electric outlet near the bed. No cleaning supplies. No broom or dustpan, no cleaning rags. I ruined a hand towel just trying to keep the floor from getting too nasty. When checking under the bed it was filthy. Not cleaned in ages. Hellen came the next day and took care of it. The weekly cleaning is not enough. I have been here nearly three weeks and my Room has had one cleaning. I was told by Hellen As you know it has only been cleaned once in nearly three weeks. Now she’s left the property and doesn’t know if she’ll have time. I am feeling foolish for tipping you so generously. Now I find out that she’s cleaning other properties. As if that was a surprise to them. I wish I could leave but I can’t afford to. Helen has been very nice and helpful. She’s very busy but accommodating No sign of the owners or any sort of manager. Hellen has to do it all. I thought the darkness of the brick floors was natural so I cleaned one. It isn’t it’s dirt.
