Perfect for a week long stay for myself and my boyfriend. Area is definitely walkable and can easily go between bnb and beach/touristy downtown Palm Beach area as long as you are willing to walk 10-30 minutes depending where you want to go. We were super glad to have booked bnb at a walkable distance to Palm Beach as there are tons of restaurants and bars to try, shops, convenience stores, etc. and then of course the beach itself (so beautiful). Love the little pool and really appreciated having the balcony for more privacy outside and dinner/wine at the end of the day. It was a perfect week ♥️

This stay was everything I could have ever imagined and more! Thank you Judy and team for providing such a wonderful space for me and my wife to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. This was our first time visiting the happy island of Aruba and can not wait to visit again. This location was close to all of the great amenities that Aruba has to offer. My wife and I would absolutely recommend this stay to anybody looking for a great-valued rental on the beautiful island of Aruba.

I communicated only with Benjamin during our stay, but he was very helpful. The place was clean. The location was perfect because while the house was still central to the major hotels and beaches (Palm, Eagle, Boca Catalina, Arashi beaches), it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise. The outside courtyard area was gorgeous and we loved relaxing there in the mornings and evenings, and taking a dip in the pool during the day when it got hot. We also loved the black cat and siamese cat who visited us in the courtyard from time to time. I drank my morning tea while petting the black kitty nearly every morning, while sitting under a coconut tree, hearing the birds chirping, and feeling the breeze. Truly paradise! The only suggestion I would make to the property owner is to leave bigger trash cans for guests, but that was only a slight inconvenience. Other than that, this was a perfect place for us on our honeymoon.

The room was great, air conditioning was perfect and the bathroom was spacious and cleans. The common areas and the grounds were not very well kept. We ended up not using any of the outside amenities because of this. But for a reasonably priced place to stay and a decent room, this had all we needed. It has so much potential on the outside with a bit of attention and TLC.
