Maidawan Corbett Homestay, run by Mr. Devendra, is a fantastic discovery. It's situated in a peaceful spot right by the Tiger Reserve, making it a great escape from city life. We saw lots of wild animals because it's so close to the reserve. Mr. Devendra went above and beyond our expectations. He not only served us tasty meals and snacks but also arranged a fun bonfire and activities by the river. He also shared important info about nearby places we might have missed. I highly recommend this place and Mr. Devendra's hospitality. Our stay was awesome, and we'll definitely come back.

Devendra ji and the supporting staff was very friendly and helpful. He also helped us for providing vital information for our further journey since he's native of that place. Overall we had very great time. This place makes you Keep your phones away from you for a while. Since place doesn't have network coverage to the place and surrounding.

I call it a slice of heaven on earth! It’s peaceful, it’s awesome and nature at its best! Maidawan Homestay is right alongside a river running hugging the base of a mountain range. It’s tranquil and beautiful and once you are there, you don’t feel like coming back! The host, Devenderji and his team treated us like family. Every request of ours met with happily. Old world charm and hospitality at its best👍👍 The best part was our PET CHILDREN loved the place! Our two terrors on four legs reigned the place as if it’s their territory😁😁They loved the open space, the riverside walks and the friendly atmosphere all around. Our airtel didn’t work in the area, that was a godsend for us! BSNL & Idea mobile works there. We got fed handsomely, got to laze around the sunny lawns during the day, got to sit by a wonderful bonfire every evening and got to take long walks around the scenic place, what else can one ask for more! It was idyllic for us, we simply loved it!

Its a very nice place, close to river. You can enjoy bird watching, do jungle safari, or swim in the river. Devendra ji is an excellent host having good knowledge . Must visit place

After a the crazy journey from Delhi, in the winters, in an open Thar, Maidawan was a welcoming relief. I have always believed that in life, it's the smaller things and gesture that make a huge imapact and Devendra Ji embodies that notion. One enters the place through a bougainvillea gate and can hear a rivulet trickling by. We reached the homestay past sunset and were welcomed by a warm and inviting bon fire and the fragrance of delicious food being cooked on a open clay pot and a lot of smiling faces. Kalu, the dog, comes to greet you and is the most calmest dog i have ever seen. There are multiple cottages and tents for visitors to stay and unwind and we got the one nestled at the far end. What should one say about the cottage, the beautiful slanted roofs or the carpeted rooms or the neat, clean and humongous washrooms, everything was what one would ask for in a homestay. Later on the new year's eve we partyed with Devendra Ji and his family and were pleasantly surprised when he brought out a cake at midnight. Loved the place and the entire experience. Would surely visit again.
