Very disappointed. Initially booked for three months but had to get out of there as soon as possible. This place is so dirty and nothing like the photos. We are greatly disappointed. We stayed for one month and the cleaner only came three times. She was suppose to come a couple times a week. We found used condoms in the room. We had to stay elsewhere as the conditions were not live able and the walls are paper thin. We tried to cancel sooner but the price of 1.5 weeks was the same as the entire month so we waited to leave at the end of the month while staying out of the apartment as much as possible. This place only allows you one entry key so it was very inconvenient for my husband and I that had different schedules. You also had to be there for the cleaner to clean because there was only one key. The host suggested to leave the key at the front desk but we did not trust this method. Every corner and Shelf was layered with dust. The cutting board had grown mold all over so it was not usable. The sheets were (assumed) washed but greatly stained. The bathroom sink was clogged and it couldn’t be fixed over the weekend so we had to wait for the weekday to come around. The soaps provided are very old and have acquired a smell so bring your own. The internet is HORRIBLE. The host was communicative and worked with IT to resolve issues in a quick manner, I appreciate that, but the only solution was to sit closer to the router or download a sketchy link they sent to sign in for quicker internet. We did not do that due to privacy issues. Before I booked this apartment, I messaged them directly to ensure we would get the apartment shown in photos. Vietnam has a habit of showing one apartment and receiving another. Of course, we get there and it’s a different apartment. They reassured us it was the same but photos say otherwise. This apartment is not equip for long stays as they said it was.

Cozrum's place is not very far from the city center. It have everything as a good hotel should have. Very clean and the design also as good as in the photo. Love the place.
