The place was very clean and well located to the tulip fields, local towns, and sights. Drives were easy, good directions to the house. The amenities were basic. We would have liked more cooking utensils, coffee pot, and variety of dishes in the kitchen. Not really enough options to cook a meal or serve. We especially missed having a coffee pot so we could make a good cup of coffee in the morning. The furniture was basic. Traffic noise from vehicles heading to the ferry, but the host provided ear plugs if needed. Plentiful towels and sheets, beds a bit hard. It has a nice backyard with a small deck to sit outside if the weather is nice. Good bargain for the price in a great location for the local area with basic amenities.

A comfortable home I. Close proximity to downtown Anacortes, ferry, and tulip festival.

A wonderfully clean and comfortable duplex. Centrally located to town, restaurants, groceries, and plenty of thrift/vintage/antique stores and great cafe/breakfast places. Best thing-within 20 minutes to Skagit Tulip Festival in April in Mount Vernon.
