Just pay a couple hundred dollars extra and stay in a nice villa to experience Kaş properly. Nothing against the Host, he is responsive and professional but wouldn’t stay here again. -Currently there are two constructions going on in front of the building, so there is some noise throughout the day. -Hygiene was not good enough in this place. When we arrived there was a faulty smell probably from using an old mop or not using cleaning products to clean the floors. Cleaning from previous guests was very rushed. I had to go to Migros and buy cleaning sprays to get rid off of the disgusting yellow stains on downstairs toilet seat. -Upstairs bathrooms in the attic is not designed for adults, only very short people or children can use it properly. So even though it’s listed as 3 full baths, all of us used the same shower downstairs which defeated the purpose of renting a multi bathroom house… +New building, kitchen is adequate, tv is new.

We celebrated New Years at Hakan's apartment, and it was a perfect deal. The view was amazing, the apartment was large enough and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you, we'll be happy to come again!

We stayed at Hakan's place with friends and were happy with the apartment! There is everything you need and more. It is a bit far away from the city center (25 mins walk) and the beach (17 mins walk) but with a taxi, it is not a problem. + sometimes it is great to walk. Wi-Fi was excellent but not in every room. On the second floor, bathrooms have very short ceilings so if you are tall it might be uncomfortable. Other than that everything is great, especially the fact that every room has an air conditioner.

Hakan, was an excellent host, he accommodated all our requests throughout our long stay of 3 weeks, was always very polite and easy to communicate with. The place itself is up in the hill from Kaş center, a brisk 25 mins down the hill, the taxi to get back is 35 lira. You have couple of groceries and bakeries in the walking distance from the house, also a small migors and muhtar shops in the area. The apartment comfortably fits up to 6 guests, the kitchen is new and equipped. The views are the real treat in this apartment, having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the town and the bay around is highly recommended! All in all an amazing stay. Hakan, thank you for having us!

Great stay, but few notes: there was not enough toilet paper/trash bags provided, so we had to ask for more, also baking sheets were missing (although they should be provided, as stated on a property listing). Oh, and verify property location before coming (the one that is written in airbnb is incorrect)
