This was so good my family and me enjoy the townhouse, The place is beautiful ,The place is very quiet, the lighting is natural, the kitchen has that you need, the beds are very comfortable and very clean, I would gladly rent it again

This location functioned well as a base camp for my family’s Christmas trip. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had thoughtful touches like tooth brushes and coffee and tea. The neighborhood was very serene, and my 8 and 11 year olds enjoyed the playground just across the street. The kitchen is small but functional, with older appliances, and while it has a good assortment of pots and pans you need to bring basics like seasonings and condiments. The master suite is in the basement, and the remaining bedrooms on the second floor, so while it was comfortable for my older kiddos it might not work so well with families of younger kids. There was a slight hiccup when we discovered a water leak in the basement, but Newman Hospitality had folks in to fix it the very next day (despite the holidays). The bathrooms are small but both showers are quite comfortable, and we never had a problem with hot water or water pressure. The laundry services were full size and worked well.

My wife and I, along with our small Papillon dog Duke, recently stayed at this charming townhouse in Sterling, VA. We were delighted by the convenience of the location, especially the proximity to the brand new Lotte Plaza Market. This market not only provided us with all our necessities but also had a fantastic food court: bb.q chicken and a delightful Tous Les Jours cafe and bakery – perfect for our morning coffee and pastries. The townhouse itself was wonderfully accommodating. Our dog, Duke, absolutely loved the enclosed private backyard, giving him the freedom to play securely. We also enjoyed the private deck, which was perfect for relaxing evenings. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay pleasant and stress-free. We recommend this Airbnb to anyone, particularly those traveling with pets or families with children. The combination of nearby amenities and the thoughtful layout of the townhouse ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful place, peaceful. My family and i enjoyed every minute of our stay in this cozy townhouse. Newman Hospitality was very responsive. We felt as though we're in our own home. No one meddling or peeking around which i found amazing and very respectful. We would have extended our stay but its a rare find hence was fully booked. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at a peaceful, homely environment.

Excellent location, set in a quiet and private neighborhood yet close to major highways to get to the city or airport. Staff were very responsive and their instructions were very clear. We rented this place as we were renovating our house. The townhouse was cozy and comfortable for two of us and our two cats. Internet connection was very good. Very comfortable stay - highly recommend for local folks (like us) and visitors planning a long stay in the area.
