I highly recommend this location. Beautiful surroundings and lots of parking. Clean and comfortable home. Beautiful courtyard such relaxing accomodations.

The accommodations were adorable and clean, absolutely perfect. The shared backyard garden is beautiful and makes your room entrance welcoming. I loved meeting the very cute resident poodles who were very polite. I stayed in a lower unit and as others mentioned, you do hear the upstairs guests clearly. My stay was for three nights, which were all quiet, but on the last morning, a family with children moved in to the unit upstairs and it was quite loud. I can imagine that might be a problem for light-sleepers so if that's you, be sure to bring ear plugs. The location is amazing, a nice stroll to the main shopping area with many small restaurants nearby. I was attending an event at The Bishop's School and my colleagues who stayed at the conference hotel were jealous of my accommodation and my much nicer commute. For those with laptops and phone chargers, be aware that there are no USB plugs. You'll need your plug box.

Overall, we stayed at this place for the close beach access and affordability. It was indeed by a beautiful beach, and the 30 bus stop, which made it a great place in terms of location. For location alone, I would consider staying here again. However, the unit itself was not the best, for the following reasons: -mold growing in the kitchen and bathroom -it was minimally decorated, so had a depressing vibe -very small space (a studio, as listed) -only had 2 chairs to sit in, which were not comfy and hardly fit a curvy person like myself. It would not be plus size friendly at all -outdoor area was crusty and not private -the walls are super thin. You can hear other guests (the unit is surrounded by I think 3 other airbnbs), almost to the point of discerning their conversations If all you need is a bed and to be next to the beach, go for it. If you want a cozy vacay spot, consider other places.
