Appartement en rez-de-chaussée de 41m2, dans un square, calme, proche de toutes commodités. Idéalement situé, métro ligne 1 à 10mn à pied. A 10mn en métro de Chatelêt et à 5min de Gare de Lyon. Logement spacieux qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 voyageurs sans soucis. Une chambre fermé par une porte avec un lit deux places. Ainsi qu'un canapé lit deux places dans le salon. Cuisine fonctionnel avec plaques, four, bouilloir, grille-pain..

Very nice neighbourhood, extremely helpful and welcoming hosts.
Around 7-10 minutes walk to the Metro. A few minutes walk to the grocery store, restaurants and some shops nearby. There is a very nice, big park in the neighborhood, excellent for children to play in (and an icecream cafe close to it). Also a public swimming pool not so far away. Could use the washing machine in the bathroom; just 3 clean towels awailable for 4 persons... Bathroom and kitchen was not very clean, lots of personal items at the wash, shower etc. A good choice if you want a reasonable place to stay in Paris.

Quartier calme et agréable. L?appartement se situe à 2min à pied du lac de Saint-Mandé et des bois de Vincennes. Il y a plusieurs supermarchés à proximité ainsi que des boulangeries, des cafés, des magasins...
Il y a un arrêt de bus à 1min de l'appartement permettant de prendre les bus 325 et 86. Le métro Saint-Mandé où passe la ligne 1 est à 7mn à pied. Le métro Bel-Air où passe la 6 à 20mn à pied. Il y a également le RER A à 20mn à pied.
