Loved this location! It was a very cute place for this solo traveler looking for a place to return to at the end of long days in Westerville. Such an awesome area!

First, this was perfectly located as we were in town for an Otterbein graduation. The home was clean, simply decorated, and perfect for two. The neighborhood was walking distance to shops and restaurants, but there was lots of loud partiers at night as it’s a college campus so that’s to bed expected. There are two things I would note. 1: I think it should be stated are 5-6 flights of 6-7 narrow stairs and if someone has mobility issues, they should definitely NOT choose this unit. 2: There is a lengthy check out list that includes basically cleaning the entire apartment, taking out garbage, cleaning dishes, stripping beds, etc… while also being charged a $50 cleaning fee. I have no issues and we leave things cleaner than we found them, I just didnt understand the lengthy list while also taking money for cleaning it. Other than those, the location was perfect and the home a fun renovation in a historical area. I would stay again.

As always, the unit was the perfect place to stay while visiting Otterbein and Westerville. It us clean, comfortable and has all the things I needed.

The location and amenities are great! You’re walking distance to everything, and good internet allowed me to get some work/zoom meetings done while I was there. I felt right at home!
