Fiona’s home is truly a gem ~ so well appointed with just exactly what is needed in the kitchen and throughout the home. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome food staples provided. We loved the setting overlooking the walk/bike track, trees, Swan River, and the city. Very quiet and peaceful. Adored the morning ritual of visits of the small birds in the bushes and watching the waterbirds fly over and feed in the Swan. The bathroom is lovely and new with good water pressure in the shower (important for those of us with thick hair!). Fiona’s instruction manual was very comprehensive and easy to read. Nearby Barden Park is a beautiful gateway to walking to Optus Stadium in @ 45 minutes for a footy match, or further onto the city. We look forward to our return!

I highly recommend Fiona’s place, the location and quiet complex made for a lovely 5 week stay. The view of the river, river walk & only a quick drive to beaufort St cafes & restaurants were highlights. Fiona is an exceptional host & it’s so nice having an owner-operator in charge of their Airbnb.

The host was so accommodating, and the place was spotless when we checked in. The place has a great view! It’s a nice place to stay in when you’re visiting the city. It’s close to wherever, but private for when you get home.

This location was an excellent getaway for the week were here. Super friendly host, easy walkable beautiful location with some lovely restaurants nearby. Our favourite was the italian on a nearby corner, and the even closer fish and chips. We found ubers to be a cheap and reliable way to get into and out of the city for daytrips rsther than spending time on the busses and would do this again. Rottnest island is a must !

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The unit is very clean, organised and comfortable. It is only a few minutes drive to CBD area. Had everything (cooking stuff, all toiletries) we needed from the get go and had no problems cooking lunch and dinner. The view is gorgeous, exactly looks like the pictures on the listing, whole house has plenty of natural light. We stayed here during hottest days but house was still cool and comfortable. Fiona is very proactive and helpful, always making sure everything is okay, check in process was clear and simple. Definitely recommend this place :)
