The host was asking me to leave at 8am when I made the reservation, I changed plans in less than an hour so I tried to change the date so I wouldn’t loose the money but the host didn’t let me, he wasn’t even sorry:/
Our accommodations were excellent, and Wilson made us feel like family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and they were very friendly and helpful..
The Poseidon House is a clean and quiet place. The hosts are generous and helpful, great people to guide you in how to navigate Iquitos. I had a quick night in Iquitos before going to a medicine retreat and found it to be perfect. 11 out of 10 stars and will stay here any time I come.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely amazing stay! I was welcomed by Wilson at the airport and felt instantly at home. He and his wonderful wife were more than accommodating and welcomed me into Poseidon Guest House as family. I even became best friends with their fantastic furry super host, Charlie the cat! I actually ended up reserving a second trip after being a bit overwhelmed in the city during my intended stay near the waterfront. They welcomed me back with open arms and it was the safest I felt being in Iquitos. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have stayed there! Thank you 🙏 I look forward to returning in the future with my family.
Wilson’s hotel room was comfortable and clean. The location is very close to the airport and many restaurants. Wilson and his wife were extremely accommodating and very sweet. They picked us up from the airport and had fresh delicious breakfast for us in the morning. The room is spacious and had a large fan to keep us cool at night. We had a nice stay with them and would highly recommend their hotel! Thank you again!
