A superb location to stay for a few days. The village is lovely and we enjoyed walking in the vineyards right by the apartment. Handy local supermarket. Away from crowds and touristy shops and cafes of Cochem, we much prefered the bakery cafe in the village and visited twice for coffee and cake. Apartment had comfy beds and great balcony for meals (we wore our coats in October and it was sheltered from the rain). Only issue was a noisy neighbour who was making loud noises in the stairs/corridor (it sounded like cleaning and mopping) one night at midnight. We didn’t give it full marks in the review due to some minor things, which didn’t affect our holiday and we would recommend it to our friends. :-).

My bride and I enjoyed our stay very much. The place was exactly as described and pictured. The location in the quiet village of Ernst is well situated on the Mosel. It is close to Cochem, Bruttig, and Beilstein. it's great to walk along the Mosel or just relax with a glass. of wine. The weather was so warm in October we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with our wine on two nights. Having a washer in the building was a big plus.
