It is a very simple apartment, very clean and spacious is about 40min. from Rome. We enjoy the pool and the peace surrounded after a busy day in Rome...the kids have lot's of space to run and play.

Très belle propriété au calme. Idéal pour découvrir Rome car situé à quelques km. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Je recommande vivement.

The serenity and amazing views from this property are phenomenal. I picked this property as it indicated the host speaks English but I wish I spoke Italian as while the host (a mgt company) is indeed fluent the on-site hosts weren’t very comfortable with English which made us hesitant to ask questions. Also note they require quiet time from 1-4 outdoors and ask ahead if any events are planned if you’re staying the weekend (there was a party on Saturday during our stay that we weren’t invited to, no big deal but we did have reservations for an excursion on Sunday that required us to leave at 5am so it was a little disheartening that the DJ was loudly playing music well past midnight when we planned to get to bed early that night. Not a big deal would just be better to be informed well ahead of arriving so you can plan around. Also note this property is upstairs and the owners are downstairs so it wasn’t what I assumed in that there were separate buildings from reading the listing.

Très belle maison dans un lieu agréable et reposant. Seul problème pour les jeunes souhaitant faire de petites soirée au bord de la piscine, il est interdit de faire du bruit après minuit et interdit de se baigner après 20h Voiture obligatoire pour se déplacer
