It was a beautiful cabin with amazing views! We loved how remote it was, so we could disconnect and just enjoy nature and reset! We ended up needing to leave a day early and Mary was very understanding and even refunded us for the day we weren’t able to stay!

This home is beautiful. A few things you should know. To go to town takes about 45 minutes but the drive is beautiful! This home is set up well for a family with kids. Only one large master bed. Would love to have had a queen in the upstairs bedroom that has two singles in it now. We had another couple with us. No kids. The master bath is beautiful but is a large tub to step into which was fine for me. You don’t need air conditioning!! I am very hot and I did not need it! The views are amazing!! I highly recommend for getting away and relaxing. The sunsets are amazing. Just go out on the road in front of the house!! Beautiful. Mary was a great host! Loved this cabin !! We went rafting the Royal gorge and went to pikes peak!! I would not recommend driving down to the creek but we did and it was an adventure for sure!! Road is very very rough. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.

Absolutely gorgeous all the way around. The house was clean and beautiful, fit our family of 8 perfect . Was amazing seeing wild mule deer wondering around the cabin. The drive up from Cañon City was a little crazy but made it with a large van if your scared of heights might want to take a different route to the house. We hope we can visit Mary's place again worth every penny.

The cabin was amazing!! It’s off the beaten path which made it so peaceful and quiet. We loved having such a private space after fighting the crowds at the various tourist places. Absolutely stunning views. The cabin itself was wonderful. Cozy and inviting. Open floor plan with nice sized bedrooms and with multiple bathrooms. Plenty of space for our party of 7. Mary was very quick to answer our questions and provided lots of local info via message and organized binder in the cabin. We loved relaxing in the cabin or on the porches. We would return tomorrow if we could.
