Moonlight house is a perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere purely for the aesthetics. It allows for great photography and makes a great backdrop if that’s what you’re looking for. If, however, you are looking for somewhere comfortable of homely, you’re out of luck. Upon check in the host provided the incorrect lock box code and then failed to respond to messages. Leaving us yo try and guess the code and then replying more than half an hour later with “whoops”. The front door is charming yet non functional. We were unable to open it from the inside on several occasions, at one point one of us had to crawl out of the window and open it with the key from outside. This is a horrific safety concern that we lost sleep over. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I would not recommend sleeping in them for more than one night. Oven was dirty and required cleaning before using. Deeply disappointed the amenities of the house did not match the aesthetics.

Wow, Chris’ place was perfect for the night before I got married. It exceeded my expectations inside with all the wonderful open space and big windows and lighting. Chris allowed us a late check in time without any complaints so that we could use the whole morning to get ready. Make sure you come here to stay! An absolute gem on AirBNB! Thank you Chris! The only problem we had was opening the door on the inside! Could be a little difficult to turn the knob :(

A stunning home away from home, doesn’t feel like you’re in Melbourne at all. Beautiful architecture, romantic setting, perfect for couples & families and with close proximity to everything! Chris was a fantastic host, will definitely stay here again.
