You can’t beat the proximity of this house to several small beaches! We walked to two of them during our stay and having an accessible wagon at the property, as well as beach chairs and towels, was a bonus with young kids. The house has the essentials and provided a nice long weekend stay for us. Mazie is great - she was responsive on several questions that came up during our stay, along with providing some additional recommendations for the area.

I had rented Mazie’s Airbnb for the night because I was celebrating my engagement that happened the same day. The engagement celebrations were happening at a family friends house down the street and the purpose of renting Mazie’s was to ensure myself and my guests had beds to sleep in. Any engagement celebrations were to be held at a separate location. (All of this was communicated to Mazie before she accepted my request) I was told check in was after 4pm and it was communicated to me that the door would be unlocked and keys readily available. When I went to check in every door was locked and the key was no where to be found. I messaged Mazie explaining the situation and never heard back from her. I hope everything is okay with Mazie but, it was very disappointing to have no where for myself or guests to stay. My guests had to leave the cape and the celebration. I was stuck sleeping on the floor of my family friends with my fiancé.

Mazie was great host and her place was perfect for our family. Walkable to beach. The kids could ride their bikes on the dead end road and they had a little candy and Icecream store they liked to bike to not far. The inside was great. We had four kids and our two youngest loved the little loft area as their room. The backyard was great for relaxing grilling and the outdoor shower was perfect to have for back and forth trips to the beach all day. Mazie was a great host and we are grateful for our stay at her beautiful home.

The cottage was very comfortable and very close to a private beach. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay! The outdoor shower was very convenient. Mazie was flexible with the check in time as well so we could maximize our beach time! Highly recommend this Air BnB!
