Great location, some supermarkets within 15 minutes walk, subway station and public transport close by. Oren and Melissa were great hosts, very attentive and helpful.

Hi Oren & Melissa, AirBnB says you are a Super Host, but we disagree...We think & believe that you are Super Superer Superest Hosts!! We’re glad to have met you at the beginning of our journey in the new country & city. You guys have been outstanding when it came to guidance & advice on going around in the city, and have been fabulous hosts with regards to the amenities and cleanliness of the place. The place was so neatly done & maintained that it should be called a “5-star Ground level Home” - it’s far from being just another basement and the amenities provided ease the stay to a greater extent. Having a dedicated laundry allows to wash & dry the clothes at will, a dishwasher makes life simpler (not to forget that you’d arrange detergents too) and a cooktop with furnace makes food preparations just right! On top of it, the superb WiFi connectivity and an Internet connected plasma TV provide a perfect getaway for a relaxed escapade (More so, when one’s on vacation). Yorkdale Mall, which is hardly 5 mins. away offers a nice escapade and the convenience stores nearby (including Dollarama) provide an array of choice to buy things from. Whether it’s Tim Hortons (just besides), 24*7 TTC connect stop (barely 200m. from the place) or a 24*7 running McDonald’s (5 mins. away), Glencairn Subway Station (at walkable distance), or retail outlets (encompassing Shoppers Drug Mart, Best Buy, Walmart, FreshCo, No Frills, Costco, Bell, FiDo, Canadian Tire Corporation, Stucturex etc.), this place just makes sure that the guests are always well connected to get things that they want at any time. For newcomers, Service Ontario is just in front to get things done related to driving license and Service Canada is very close by to get SIN thing done (if not done at YYZ Airport). On a closing note, I’ll emphasise the location of the place again as it’s got a great TTC connect which allows to visit downtown in 20 mins., midtown areas (Etobicoke) in about 30 mins., Scarborough in about 30 mins., and GTA in about 45-55 mins. entirely through public transport (subway, buses, Go Trains) - any person who wishes to live in Toronto on public transport system must consider (or rather choose, I’ll say) your place to get started!! Oren was a great host, he always answered quickly all questions and petitions. The house it's beautiful and comfortable. We have a good time here.

L'appartement est incroyable ! Il est beau et très bien équipé. Les petites touches d'attention laissées par Oren ont su nous séduire et il a su se montrer très réactif. Le seul inconvénient serait la distance avec le centre ville, il faut compter 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro puis une quarantaine de minutes de transport. Nous recommandons vivement.
