A big thank you to Phillip, Mark and, especially, Anita; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your basement apartment! Meticulously clean and tidy, cosy yet spacious, and with a lovely courtyard garden, it more than met our expectations and needs. With both proactive and reactive communications, Anita supported us prior to travelling through to final departure, not least the warm welcome upon arrival and the recommendations for restaurants and coffee houses. A really great place to stay for anything up to a week, we felt right at home in this local neighbourhood. I have just one regret - only staying for four nights!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L’appartement était propre, moderne et très bien équipé. En plus, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et du barbecue au milieu des chants d’oiseaux. Anita nous a accueilli avec chaleur. Elle a su nous conseiller des restaurants et boutiques. Nous avons partagé avec elle de magnifiques moments et elle a rendu notre séjour incroyable, notre plus belle rencontre à Toronto. Son chien Aston est également adorable. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Fantastic 4 night stay. Everything was just as described and hosts very friendly and helpful. Aston the dog was just gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this place if your going to Toronto. Very close to shops and metro
